I almost never leave reviews. It’s just not something I care about doing, and it takes my time. When I leave one, it’s either because I really hate the company, or got incredible service.
I get incredible service with Skystra. My site was down at Bluehost for DAYS. Seriously, DAYS. And they’re going to get one heck of a bad review from me after this.
Skystra helped me, moved my site, and my email, got everything up, and over the last few months, they are always there for me. This is like when I immigrated to the US, most of the government machinery just didn’t care, fill out some forms, go through the motions, and maybe you’ll end up okay.
And sometimes, you land on one kind soul, who does their job really well, pushes through the bureaucracy and gets everything going for you. That’s what happened with Skystra, which I’m very thankful for. My business is back up and running and I need it to stay that way.
