I shorted the number of shares sent on Coinswitch
I had not sent the correct number of shares of LTC to purchase Theta coin. I had accidentally shorted it by one coin, but the transaction went through. I contacted support to see how I could pay the one coin that I had shorted them and was told that I did not owe anything as the value of the LTC had gone up and covered the shortage. I thought that was very nice of them.

The CoinSwitch Support Team is the best! They recently helped me recover several $1000 by finding and returning my derailed & failed Old CRPT Token exchange! I hadn’t heard the news of “the swap” and the Old CRPT token is named the same as the New CRPT token and the exchanges and blockchains don’t know the difference at the time you are attempting a trade…anyway…lesson very much learned and forever grateful to CoinSwitch Support!
