Bought my Ancheer e-bike two years ago…
Bought my Ancheer e-bike two years ago and have been very pleased with it. For the price, it is excellent.
Had to change the seat at a small extra cost and fitted a carrier and bags for shopping. The detachable battery charges up fairly quickly and I have yet to experience a flat battery. Pity about the Shimano gears, really doesn’t need such an elaborate set-up with an electric bike.
Can’t speak for Ancheer service as I have had no need to contact them.
Ancheer Ebike, good valve for money and great customer service.
Bought an Ancheer Ebike from their Czech republic shop with free delivery to the UK in 3-7 working days. Unfortunately, when I made my order it was sold out with a backorder time of approximately 4 weeks, not a problem, they offered me an alternative model if I wanted but I stuck with my original choice. For my inconvenience, they refunded me 50 euros as compensation.
When my bike was back in stock it was delivered with full tracking as promised and excellent communications from Ancheer customer service.
As for the bike, it is what it is for the low purchase price, runs well and for a minimal cost, I upgraded a couple of components that really were not up to the job I am using it for. It is now as good as a bike at least twice the price. What I would say is that when you are building it check that all nuts and bolts around the bike are tightened and adjusted as appropriate.
