Hidden charges 35usd but refunded Namecheap
I was very careful to choose this company and very carefully before submitting a review. I found 4 months later that I was charged 35 usd monthly for Relate – Reviews Pro Trial and Relate – Social Pro Trial… imagine… I immediately remove my credit card details and cancel the subscription which I never needed and I dont think you have the option to reject it when you join.
There is no record on the platform, and no billing proof either.
Be extremely careful when registering, as they offer many free extras or trials that I think you can’t reject or charges are not explained.
After filing a complaint and expecting nothing but excuses, they found I never made any use of those extras and even though I detected 2 months late, they refund me.
In this regard, I found this a very smart move even though they already made more money in those 2 months than in 2 years with me.
I feel committed to changing my rating experience and continue trusting them for my web services.
